Save more than the fee, or we refund it.

EnergySorted only earns its keep if it puts money back in your pocket. If it doesn’t, you shouldn’t pay for it — simple as that.

How it works

   Upload a recent bill. We read your real usage and cost every plan in your area against it — proven by reproducing the bill you already pay.

   We find your saving. If a genuinely cheaper suitable plan exists, we show it, with the exact annual saving. If your current plan is already the best, we tell you that too.

   We keep watching. Every night we re-check the market and your plan, and alert you when a cheaper deal appears or your rates creep up — so the saving keeps coming, not just once.

   If we can’t beat the fee, you don’t pay it. No genuine saving above your subscription in your first year? Ask for a refund and we’ll process it.

The fine print (kept honest)

• The identified saving is measured against your current plan, costed on the real usage from a bill you upload — not a hypothetical average home.
• A “saving” means a suitable, generally-available retail plan we can fully cost. We exclude spot-price and uncostable demand tariffs rather than dress them up as cheapest.
• We can only find a saving if a cheaper suitable plan actually exists for your usage. If your plan is already the cheapest, that’s a good outcome — and the guarantee simply doesn’t get triggered because there was nothing to beat. In that case, ask us and we’ll refund the fee anyway: you shouldn’t pay to be told you’re already on the best deal.
• Request a refund any time within 30 days of your first annual renewal, from the email on your account.
• One refund per customer. We refund the subscription fee — we don’t reimburse a retailer’s charges or a switch you chose not to make.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
